Week 5(24/11/2025 -28/11/2025)
The fifth week of my internship provided opportunities to handle concept-heavy topics using activity-based learning and inquiry-oriented teaching models, along with active participation in co-curricular programmes. On 24th November 2025, I handled a class for VIII B during the third period on the topic “Reaction of Salts” from the unit Acids, Bases, and Salts. The lesson began with an introduction followed by a revision session to strengthen prior knowledge. Since the topic was extensive, three activities were included to ensure better understanding and student engagement. These activities helped in breaking down the concept and promoting active participation among students. On 25th November 2025, I took a Physics class for IX A on the topic “Feather and Coin Experiment” from the unit Gravitation. The lesson was planned using the Inquiry Training Model, which encouraged students to ask yes-or-no questions to arrive at scientific explanations. Students responded enthusiastically, a...
